Our Staff
Text Box: The staffs at Little Genius Daycare are qualified educators as required by Alberta Provincial Staff Qualification. Our dedicated educators are carefully chosen and have the appropriate education background to ensure quality care. They have personal quality of friendliness, warmth, love and the ability to relate openly to children and adults. Our Director/Owner holds Diploma of Early Childhood Education, Level 3 of Child Development Supervisor Certification, Small Business Management Certification and other related certificates. Teaching and taking care of children is her passion, she has been working in the childcare field for almost 20 years and will be continuing doing it. All other staffs are well trained and experienced to give the best care and enrichment for your child/ren. They have minimum Level 1 Child Development Assistant Certification or higher. They hold Criminal Record Checks which will be renewed in 3 years, they are also required to have updated training in childcare CPR & First Aid.
